Pillsbury Valentine’s Recipes – As Seen On TV!

I was so excited to be able to demonstrate 3 Pillsbury Valentine’s Recipes on Fox 5 in Atlanta this morning. All of these recipes are available on Pillsbury.com


Valentine Cookie Pops


  • Recipe courtesy of Pillsbury®
  • 1 package (16 oz.) Pillsbury® Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies (24 cookies)
  • 24 flat wooden sticks with round ends
  • 1 1/4 cups Pillsbury® vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting (from 1-1b container)
  • Assorted small candies, or candy decors or nonpareils, if desired
  • 10 yards red curling ribbon


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough pieces 2 inches apart. Into side of each piece of dough, insert wooden stick 1 inch, overlapping wooden sticks as necessary.
  2. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread frosting on one side of each cookie; decorate with candies. Tie 18 inches of red ribbon into bow around each stick next to cookie.


Sweetheart Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can (13 oz.) Pillsbury® refrigerated flaky cinnamon rolls with icing


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. Carefully unwind each roll into long strip of dough, leaving center coiled. Coil unrolled end of each strip in toward center, making two equal coils. Pull middle of strip down to make a point, forming heart shape; pinch point. Place in pan, points toward center.
  3. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Spread frosting over warm rolls.


Hershey's Bliss® Chocolate Filled Crescents Rolls

  • 12 Hershey's Bliss® Milk Chocolates, divided
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury® refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls


  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Remove wrappers from chocolates. Chop 4 chocolates into small pieces; place in small microwave-safe bowl. Set aside.
  2. Unroll dough to form 8 triangles place 1 chocolate at center of wide end of each triangle. Starting at wide end, roll to opposite point; pinch edges to seal. Place rolls, pointed side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Curve into crescent shape.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Meanwhile, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. Drizzle melted chocolate over warm crescents; allow to cool slightly. Serve while still slightly warm. 8 crescents.
