It’s finally Spring! Can you believe it? I thought it would never get here. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the trees are blooming. Isn’t it wonderful! It puts me in the mood for something cold and refreshing to drink. This Sparkling Pink Pineapple Lemonade is just that. And so easy to make with Country Time Lemonade Starters!
I used the Berry Lemonade flavor for this recipe but it also comes in Classic Lemonade and Half Lemonade/Half Iced Tea. I love it because it’s so convenient to make. Just add water. You can make it in a pitcher or a glass. It’s perfect for my family because we all like different drinks. Now I can make a glass of Classic Lemonade for myself and a glass of Berry Lemonade for my daughter. My husband and son prefer tea. Country Time Lemonade Starters have 50% less sugar than regular sodas which is always a plus. They’re also affordable. One bottle of Country Time Lemonade Starters makes 24 (8 ounce) glasses!
I found them on the Beverages aisle at my local Walmart. Many Walmarts have upcoming demos scheduled where you can try out the Country Time Lemonade Starters. Check the March Demo List and the April Demo List to see if there is a store near you!
Back to the recipe. To make Sparkling Pink Pineapple Lemonade, start by adding 1 1/2 tablespoons of the Berry Lemonade Country Time Lemonade Starter to 8 ounces of cold water and stir. Pour it into a large pitcher. Then add 8 ounces of pineapple juice and 8 ounces of club soda. Stir until combined. I added 2 drops of red food coloring to make it extra pink. This recipe makes 2 (12 ounce) glasses of Sparkling Pink Pineapple Lemonade.
It’s so delicious! Not too sweet and just the right amount of tartness. The Berry Lemonade flavor pairs perfectly with the pineapple and the club soda provides some bubbles for a little extra zip.
It’s reminds me of a punch I would have at a fancy party or a bridal shower. But you don’t have to wait for a celebration to indulge in this festive drink. It’s quick and simple to make any day.
